Cain & Abel is a password recovery
tool for Microsoft Operating Systems. It allows easy recovery of several
kind of passwords by sniffing the network, cracking encrypted passwords
using Dictionary, Brute-Force and Cryptanalysis attacks, recording VoIP
conversations, decoding scrambled passwords, recovering wireless network
keys, revealing password boxes, uncovering cached passwords and analyzing
routing protocols.

Password Crackers can be found in the program
under the "Cracker" sub tab. The tree on the left allows you
to select the list containing desired encrypted passwords or hashes to
crack. Those
selected are then loaded into the Dictionary / Brute-Force dialog using
the relative function within the list pop up menu.
